Health Update:
Hi Darlings and Happy WTF day! I guess I haz been a bad girlz since they banned me. Hehe Enjoy the day my honeyz!

On the health front, the IV antibiotics are doing their job and I'm nearing the end of this 4 times a day crapola. My hair is all but a memory at this point. Hanging on to the last final strands before it's looking like a bowling ball.
Nice news is that I've felt so great lately and gotten stuff done that I will sorta miss this feeling come next week when I start my next round of chemo. Ah well...Gotta do whatcha gotta do. It's been wonderful while it's lasted at least I'll give more of an update as promised at a later date. Sure wish this whole cancer return could have just been a big April Fool's joke on me Love you guys and thanks for all the support you've given me during this tough time. Be nice to each other today and don't give too many heart attacks from the pranks you pull today. Oh, and please go give my moonbeam13 some love as she's nursing a fk'd up wrist. Love you Moonie!!!!

The Story...
Most of my dear friends here have knowledge of my 7 year survivorship of breast cancer. Yesterday, I was slammed with the news that my cancer has returned in my remaining breast as well as found in one of my lymph nodes. I'll know further extent of the spread, if any, once I have scans done next week. I'll be heading to surgery within the next week or so for another mastectomy. Another affair with chemotherapy will most likely take place after that. I'm full of mixed emotions right now, from fear to downright anger. My 7 cancer free years lulled me into a false sense of security and that absolutely sucks. As I told some friends earlier, the fear of recurrence never leaves you after a bout with cancer, but after such a good run cancer free, the fear lessens...then BAM!


I will still be here as I really need you all, but forgive me if I sometimes go silent on occasion. I will keep updates for anyone interested.
